Clara smiled as they went into the infirmary. "The test was positive and I've been having dreams about a little girl, so I hope so. This early on, it could be a false positive."

Clara nodded and started to take a blood sample to run through the machine. "It's an old method, but from what I can tell, it's the most reliable."

melissa nodded, looking away from the needle as Clara drew her blood. She tried to relax, as this wasn't her favorite thing to have done.

"Okay, now to just wait for the results," Clara said as she put the sample into teh machine to analyze.

Clara went over to the machine when it printed out the results, then gave them to Melissa. "Positive."

"Not yet. We'll take the test again in a couple weeks, then we can know for sure," Clara said. She couldn't help smiling at how they might be pregnant together. "And to think that not too long ago we were meeting by chance in a local pizza place."
