Tyler glanced at Clara, James, the General, and the Professor.
"Need to see my family address again?" he asked Clara.
He wasn't entirely sure that he trusted them, but they had also offered to help him. He just hoped that their offer to help him didn't come with a price or condition.
Deciding to voice his concern, he asked, "So, you're not going to experiment on me or anything, right?"

Clara chuckled a bit at Tyler's concern. "No, I'm not going to experiment on you. I would like that address again, though."
Tyler smiled at her.

Tyler handed the paper over to Clara. The Gallifreyan writing still on the back of it -- which still looked like scribbles to Tyler.
"Here you go -- keep it as long as you need to. I...I don't know where anything is anymore in London, so it really wouldn't do me any good."
He let out a little sigh of relief when Clara told him she wouldn't experiment on him. He just hoped that she was telling the truth. He studied both Clara and James to see if they had some sort of reaction -- see if he could read them a bit.

The Doctor had been very quiet. Unnaturally so, for one who could talk so fast it ceased to make logical sense. However, he had felt a detached, almost otherworldly disconnection settle in as he turned his gaze inwards and reflected on the situation. It wasn't chance- couldn't be chance- that they had all met, that they were all just conveniently, coincidentally there, and that- "Hi everyone..." Tyler greeted Amy and the others. "Anyone want to come and help us find my family?" The Doctor shook his hair, snapping out of his long chain of thoughts. Mechanically snapping his fingers- he had done it so many times before that it was habit- he pointed at Tyler. "Yes, yes, me. I'll go." He flashed a grin around him, but it faded as he found that he was standing somewhere different that where he had been before. Turning to Clara, the Doctor frowned, knitting his eyebrows slightly. "Mind telling me where I am? TARDIS, I know. Is it yours? I like the design." He reached out to rap a knuckle against the nearest important-looking gadget, pursing his lips slightly. Hers was different from his. Needless to say, his was better- it had a pool. By the looks of it, Clara's did not, and he wasn't about to go and bother to look for one just to prove himself wrong. Glancing up, the Doctor flashed the assembled people another smile.

Tyler turned to glance back at the Doctor. "Oh.....thanks. I appreciate it. Did you see the address?"
He knew that this man was now an alien; the others had told him about it. Still finding it hard to understand how these people could be aliens, he smiled at the Doctor.
"I really appreciate it. How often do you come to our planet?"
He studied this other man closely, it being the first time to really look at him. The alien was wearing a bow tie and was actually looked alert for the first time. Perhaps he could have a conversation with this man at another time.

"Oh.....thanks. I appreciate it. Did you see the address?" "Address? No one told me there was an," he sidled over to peer at the page over Clara's shoulder, "address. Why didn't you? Nevermi- oh, lookie here." Rather than asking Clara to turn the page over, the Doctor ducked down on his knees to see the other side of it, craning his neck up unnaturally in an attempt to read the writing upside down. While there was a regular British address on the front, there was a bit of Gallifreyan writing on the back. That was interesting. "I really appreciate it. How often do you come to our planet?" His voice strained by the odd position he was in, the Doctor managed, "Don't thank me- don't ever thank me- more than once. It makes me feel... indebted. Is that the word?" He seemed to be talking more to his bowtie than to Tyler. "No- the answer is no. Bother." He straightened up, adjusting his bowtie carefully. The Doctor pointed to the paper, then to Tyler. "That's a funny thing, you know. And that's a stupid question. Don't ask stupid questions." He dropped his voice a notch or two so that Tyler could not hear him, muttering to James as he began to pace, "'How often do I come here?' Really. How often do you come to this planet, sirrah? Oh, never mind." The Doctor sighed, slightly flustered by his words.

Tyler frowned at this alien called the Doctor. He much preferred Professor Echo or Clara to the Doctor. This man seemed to be rude -- very rude, in fact. Rude people did not impress Tyler one bit.
Crossing his arms in front of him, Tyler asked, "What's a stupid question? I thought there was no such thing as a stupid question. I....I honestly have no idea. I didn't even know that aliens even existed until today. Apparently you guys have been all over my planet, and I didn't even know. I didn't even know that the scrap of paper with my family's address on it was written on the back of something with alien writing until Echo told me. I think it's a legitimate question."
Tyler, still annoyed, replied, "Oh, and I live here -- I was born here...I'm human....never been to another planet in my life."

Clara watched the Doctor as he craned his neck under to see. "Well, you sure are an odd one. I thought you had already seen it." She then shrugged. "Doesn't matter, I suppose."
She then flipped the paper over. "And, Tyler, you said that this is some sort of scribble? You sure?"
James blinked, a bit confused about that.

Tyler glanced over at Clara, thinking about her question. "Well, yeah...at least it looks like scribbling/drawings to me, but Professor Echo said that it was your language or something like that. That's why I asked how often you...aliens....come here."
He glanced at James, wondering why the man was confused.

The General looked over Clara's shoulderand looked at the Gallifreyan writing What is Tyler trying to tell us Doc? He sent to the Doctor, who looked as puzzled as he was.

James looked at Clara. "What is it again?" he sent to Clara.
Clara looked at her telepathic human companion. "It's a message from one of my old professors... a Time Lord, like me."

Tyler glanced at the Doctor, Clara, the General, and James. Frowning, it seemed like they were plotting or communicating somehow or something.
"What's going on? Am I missing something here?" he asked. "I thought we were going to be finding my family....."
Distrustful of all of these aliens, Tyler wanted to be away from them as soon as possible. Their strange behavior was frightening.

Clara looked back to Tyler. "Yeah, we'll go do that." She looked at the others. "Right guys?"
