Tyler glanced at the General's ring, unable to hear the Time Lord's thoughts. He looked at the man, confused. "How....how can you just change appearance like that.....it doesn't make sense...."
He frowned at the General's mention at getting Koschei. "Hey....I thought that I was walking away from the fight, not into it. I'm trying to find my family." He felt like crying. It didn't seem like anyone there actually understood him or what he was looking for. Besides, he was tired.

The Professor, sighing with sympathy, set a hand on Tyler's shoulders. "We'll find your family. I don't make promises I can't keep, Tyler. If Captain Jack isn't around here, I'll find your street, your address, and your parents without the help of any other human or Time Lord alike. I have your back."
It wasn't that there was a possibility that he was a Time Lord that made the Professor want to help Tyler, it was that she understood his want to find his family. She had felt it once, long ago, her need and want to find her own mother, because that was all she had. She had given that up after succumbing to the rest of the Gallifreyan ways.

Tyler nodded at the Professor. "All right...I just wish that we could find the address without the help of this Captain Jack. What does he do, and why do we need him....why not just ask someone around here?" He glanced around, looking at all of the seemingly random people that were within walking distance of where they were.
It seemed to him that this Professor person really did care about helping him. Maybe she really could help him find his family. And if he saw them again, what would he say? Or maybe something horrible had happened to them and he wouldn't ever see them again.

"Sorry 'bout that, but he really needs to go, he's endangering everyone here," The General said, "when I deal with him, i'll return, in the meantime, take this," He threw a small cylinder to Tyler, "should help you find Jack, I can't get it working, but i'm sure one of you will find a way."
And with that, he started running after Koschei once more. He started to run faster, keeping up with him, he knew that metabolism enhancement would come in handy one day.
"Do you know what this is?!!" The General shouted to Koschei, "It's an inversion coil, i modified it so it could hold the power of a regeneration, inversion coil, if it starts off as regenerative energy, it ends up as....."

He teleported and swiped at the ring.

"Nevermind, I have my eyes on bigger targets." The Master said teleporting away.
He arrived in the city, the plans must be here somewhere, he saw a large tower, That's where they'd be.., he had too little energy after that long distance teleport to teleport there, so he began to run.

"Where'd he go?" The General said looking around.
The city....
It was a good 200km away, in this teenage body, he wouldn't be able to run that far. He decided to run towards his TARDIS instead.

Tyler caught the cylinder item that the General had thrown at him. Looking to Amy, Rory, and the Professor, he said, "All right......so what do we do with this thing? The other guy said we could use it to find Jack....whatever this thing is."
He looked to the others, hoping that one of them would know what it was and what it could do. "And how can that other guy just teleport and whatever?"

Before he went to his TARDIS however, he stopped by Tyler and the gang.
"It's a DNA tracker, there is a hair of Jack inside, but I can't get it to open, and he probably learnt it on Metabelis 6, they teach that manner of teleportation there."
After that quick explanation, he started running towards his TARDIS once more.
Once he got inside, he locked on the coordinates of the city, and the TARDIS slowly dematerialized.
When he strolled out of the TARDIS, he noticed something, starting him in the face, This is London, 27th Century, there are supposed to be 10 Billion people here, so where are they, and why is Tyler still here?
Dissmissing this thought, he looked around, Koschei said something about plans, where would the city keep plans, he looked at a large tower,
"Bingo." He said aloud, even though noone could hear him.

Amy grinned she was on a mission, she could help this Tyler guy because he seemed nice and genuine. "Lets see this tracker." She took the device from him and attempted to pry it open. Sadly the cylinder was much like a pickle jar, frustratingly hard to open. After straining for a few minutes she resorted to pressing random buttons which made the tracker emit a few beeping sounds. "Uh Oh that doesn't sound good."

The Master was suprised at the lack of security in this place, in fact, the lack of anyone. It was easy to steal the plans, but he still couldn't teleport out. As he ws about to reach the door, it burst open.

Tyler frowned as the General walked away. He gripped the cylinder in his hand loosely, allowing Amy to take it out of his hands. Tyler watched Amy press the buttons. "Is that alien technology?" he asked her, trying to get her opinion.
He glanced around and suddenly found that the streets were empty except for the people he'd just met. "Where did everyone go? he thought to himself. There were a lot of people around them only a few minutes before -- the last time he had glanced around. Also, there had been people on his plane, so why were things all of a sudden quiet?
He spoke out loud to Amy or anyone else who might be able to hear him, "I don't understand....how can someone just get an ability like teleporting?"
