"Yeah..." Bryan said, not really listening, staring at the weevil's cell. There was something different about this now. His heart pounded in his chest. He stood up suddenly with a huge grin. "That was awesome!"

Owen nodded his head at Ianto when he thanked him. He stood dazed how Ianto just went on the next moment. It was like this had not had happened. Than the youngster claimed it was awesome.
Owen followed them back up. "Ianto, this is your doing. It is in your hands. Retcon him," Owen said, "but I need to look because your injured." Owen moved to Ianto and look. He leaned in and whispered to Ianto, "You're lucky he did not die. His blood would be on your hands!"

"Retcon me?" Bryan asked as he followed. "Might have a bit of trouble with that," he muttered to himself. He glanced up to see if he had indeed said that out loud. He hoped he hadn't.

Ianto groaned inwardly. Of course. Owen couldn't just act like nothing had happened. Which was fair considering the fact he may have very well killed the boy becouse of his lack of better judgment and idea that bringing him into Torchwood was a good one. But still couldn't they have just shipped him off with a hush hush promise? No, they would have to use Retcon. Ianto sighed and turned to Owen. He gave him a level and blank gaze before replying.
"It's not as if we all haven't gotten our hands dirty at one point," he said coldly before turning back to the white haired boy. He raised an eyebrow and crossed his arms.
"Oh really? And why might we have trouble?" he asked with doubt lacing his voice.

Bryan cursed himself silently. "Well, see, I'm no good at taking any sort of medicine. It sounds like a drug, that is, from the name." He couldn't tell them his father wasn't human. He'd get locked up like that weevil.

Owen pulls out a latex glove, puts it on. "There is always the retrum," Owen said dryly with a evil smirk.

Bryan's eyes went wide. That would definitely be Torchwood wouldn't it. "Actually. I'm not sure that it would work on me. I have very high immunity levels when it comes to things."

Owen crossed his arms and looked at Ianto. "He is yours. You brought him in. He is your responsibility!" Owen grabbed his coat. "I would like to stick around and watch Jack go off the wall but honestly I don't like when he is all moody." He started to exit but there is time but not if he leaves.

Bryan looked to Ianto and gulped. He could be given this drug, which gathered was some sort of amnesia medicine. In that case, it could work on him and he would forget what happened here or it wouldn't work because of his dad's genes and he might get locked up. No, he'd mostly likely will get locked up and interrogated. He tried to think of other possibilities, such as cheeking the pill, if that was what it was. He could try to run, but that would get him locked up and interrogated for sure. But all these depended on what this Ianto character would do.

Ianto glared at Owen. Of course. So Ianto was alone then? He gulped silently at the thought of Jack finding out about this. The situation with Lisa was bad enough. Jack would probably fire him if he saw what he had done now.
"Very well,"he said indifferently. "Care for a cup of coffee first?" he asked the white haired visitor in a casual tone. Ianto of course planned to put the Retcon in the coffee. That way he wouldn't run the risk of the boy refusing to take it. Or having to give the Retcon forcefully. He hated that. It was a pain.

"No," Bryan said. Knowing people like these, there had to be a back-up plan for getting the stuff into him. The fact that he offered coffee meant it had to be ingested, most likely. That gave him some hope in avoiding it. "What you guys seem to be doing here. With only you two here... What would have happened if you didn't let me in?" Maybe I can get myself in, that might be a more agreeable situation, he thought to himself.

Ianto raised an eyebrow at him. "Alright but I'm known to make excellent coffee," he said nonchalantly. He folded his arms and leaned against a console.
"Well, if you hadn't been here, we might have caught it sooner, assuming that Owen's attention would have been on one of the security screens," he said with a shrug. Which was true enough, but Ianto hated wondering on what-ifs.

Bryan sighed. Well, that didn't work as much as I had hoped. "Oh, alright. But I mean, that thing seemed to have knocked Owen aside easily enough... I mean..." She thought of another thing. "I also need that map too." He didn't really, but he wasn't about to forget his cover.

Ianto gave a deep sigh. He wasn't good with these things. He preferred to have Jack handle this kind of stuff but if he told Jack what happened he'd get into too much trouble.
"True," he said with a shrug. He turned on his heel and motioned for Bryan to follow him. He stopped halfway up the small metal staircase and cleared his throat.
"Look I don't care how much Retcon I have to pump into your system. But until we take care of this I'm afraid you can't leave. "Now do you want the Retcon straight up or in a nice cup of coffee?" he addressed Bryan firmly and with what he hoped was a cold steely look in his eyes.

Bryan followed him. He tried to contain his relief when he found an opening. "Then maybe I'll never leave," he offered. If this didn't work, he decided, he would cheek the pill.
