I would really appreciate it if people could create members of the Torchwood Australia team. It'd open a few more opportunities for me and it'd create a new dimension of the Whoniverse.
There are roughly six members. Although the main base is situated in Melbourne, the team can actually live scattered around the country.
Australia is large, but the rift isn't open enough for every member of the team to be active. I hope I make sense.

We need Time Lords before the Time War. And Jenny is already taken, sorry. I'd have to check to see when the last time that person was on -- but they also play K-9. The character MAY be open...but again, I need to check.
