I'm going home soon...and when I'm back at my apartment I can respond to things in the c-box.

Sighs frustratingly I couldn't respond to anything in the c-box -- most of the time I can't see it. However, sometimes I can...(I still can't respond). In the future, could you guys direct a guest or new member who has questions to one of the boards on this site?

I tried to get them to post their questions somewhere on the board, but apparently they didn't see it. I couldn't see the c-box most of the time..and didn't see it until now. I still can't respond in it until I'm back home.

Someone had a question about creating a Time Lord after the Time War that was younger than the Doctor. I would have appreciated it if that question had been posted somewhere on the board so that I could answer it. Jenny is a special case.

I would need to know whether or not the person meant a Time Lord who was born after the Time War or a Time Lord who just happened to be younger than the Doctor who had survived the Time War. From the way the question was worded in the c-box, I would assume that they were asking if they could have a character that was born after the Time War. My answer to that is a NO. I don't want any Time Lords running around who are born after the Time War that are just random. That is, until our characters who have survived the Time War have children. In order to be a child of a Time Lord who survived, you would have to have permission from the character's player. I don't want anyone to just create their character and have them be related to someone else's character, without getting permission first from the player of that character and also running it by me.

Ok then. could the character have been born from some Time Lords who survived but aren't made on the site or would I have to make them then their child? That way I wouldn't have to bother anyone about it.

Well, if your character is born after the Time War, then at least one of the parents would have had to have been a Time Lord who survived the Time War. You could create a parent and child, but both would have to be approved, and you'd have to come up with a way for the parent(s) to survive the Time War. Both parents would not have to be Time Lord, as the way I have it set up, the Time Lord genes would be dominant.
