Ok and I have another question caued by what I'm watching. I'm watching the Sarah Jane Adventures and I like Luke, both him and his background.
I was wondering if I could make a character who was created in a lab or a Time Lord who was in a lab for a period of time, preferably the first one as I don't know how the other would work.
I would just apply for Luke but I can't play as a guy, well not very well at least.

Yay. i don't know who could have created her....I want her to travel with Tenny, thats you! What would be a race that would create someone in a lab and for what possible reasons? You know more about Doctor Who races then I do.

well, how about you make something up --  You could create an alien race who did something like that...or you can go to the Doctor Who wiki and fin an existing one |

I kind of want to make one of those New Humans/Flesh guys but then the life span would be the same as a normal human and thats just no fun...what could I do.....
Could I do something involving someone creating a Time Lord in a lab using some Time Lords or a Time Lord who had survived the Time War to get the DNA or whatever?

um...I suppose so.....Jenny was produced in a kind of manner like that. I just don't want too many characters like this running around. We can have one...besides Jenny...but I don't want a lab full of them...unless all but your character die in the process.

I don't have a name for my character, I don't want her to have one in the VERY beginning of my RPing with her, I want to come up with one in character. also, what should I do for age....I liked that thing where Jenny looks FAR older then she is, and its expected in some cases in labs so what could I do for that?
