Ten asked me to make a note here to give you all a heads up on utilizing Torchwood in my character's history. It would include both the assumption that eventually there is a Torchwood on New Earth, along with the supposition that some part of the Torchwood from Canary Wharf survived the fall after the Cybermen invaded. It was Ten's idea to allow a very small group from this particular Torchwood to survive and perhaps endure generation to generation until the earth burned and New Earth was established. Here is the link to my CS which still requires approval but I have talked through all of these things involving Torchwood with Ten. I only wanted you guys to have a heads up before I started properly posting.
