The Eleventh Doctor is up for adoption, so yes, he is free.
If you want to adopt him, please write at least a paragraph of in character roleplaying material -- you choose the scene and circumstance, and submit it with your character submission.

I was wondering if you counted the Audio as canon at all? At least so far as characters go. Specific character I'm thinking of is tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Narvin, he doesn't actually have a corresponding Doctor. |

well, you can apply to be a character from the audio, if you would like. I don't know much about it, but you are welcome to do so. You can create a profile.

Hi. I was sorry to see conflicting information about Sarah Jane. I see here, she is marked off. On recent page, it seemed she was a character you were looking to fill. I would very much love to play Sarah Jane, but of course so would many others. Please give me the skinny, and I'll see where I might fit in, if you all will have me.
