Tyler continued to wait in the console room.

Clara stopped when she realized that she had left Tyler in the console room. She thought about it, then decided that she would rather talk to him in person. She went out and headed toward the console room, dusting herself off as she went so that she might not agitate his asthma.
When she got to the console room, she couldn't help smiling a bit.

"Sorry. You have no idea how dusty that room is," Clara said as she ran her fingers through her hair, finding patches of dust she had missed.

Tyler looked back at Clara, "It's okay...you can't help it. And the excessive dust is all over you....you're not going to be able to get rid of it just by brushing it off."

Tyler didn't want her to know, but her coming in like that had caused him problems with his lungs.

Clara made sure that she got all the dust off of her, shampooing her hair twice to be sure. She was sure that her coming in all dusty might have given him some trouble and she felt stupid for not showering before going to see him.

Tyler used the inhaler that Clara had given him earlier, glad that she wasn't there to see him having the attack.

Clara made sure that she was entirely rinsed off before coming out, wringing the water out of her hair. She put on the first garment she found that wasn't covered in dust, a plain white night gown.
