"Go ahead and cry to your dad, he can't stop me." The Bringer spat, "He's tried time and time again and he never has. He can't beat me. I've threatened his life more times than I remember and I haven't regenerated once since I met him! You know why? He's weak, and if he tried to kill me I'd run this through him."

Emmehujidat came running back with guards from the High Council.
Emmehujidat commanded the Bringer, "You will surrender that sword. You know as well as I do that a sword like this is not allowed in the possession of an individual Gallifreyan."

The Bringer smirked, "When. Will. You. Learn. You. Can't. Win?" he said, accompanying each word with a TAQDIS and a guard being knocked out by the hilt of his sword.

One of the guards shot at the Bringer with a gun, but the setting was for stun.
"And you are officially arrested," Emmehujidat said with satisfaction.

The Librarian could only watch in fear as the Bringer went through the that familiar phase. And even more so when the guards started shooting at him.
Braxa saw the severity of the situation and quickly ran off.

The Bringer fell to the ground, the sword still clenched tightly in his hand, 'I can still think.' he sent to every nearby Time Lord as he TAQDIS'd away.

"You will be imprisoned, Bringer, and stripped of your wrist travel device," Emmehujidat added, looking at the piece of equipment with disgust. "And for threatening my son, you will be stripped of your right to leave Gallfirey....forever."

The Librarian sighed in relief when she saw the Bringer disappear.

Emmehujidat sighed in frustration. "We'll get him later....if anyone sees him, they are to report it to me immediately!"

The Librarian smirked. She was the one most likely to see him, but since she couldn't speak, she couldn't report it. This was the one time she was thankful for her condition.

Gandalf was drawn over by all the sound, "What's going on?"

Emmehujidat described the Bringer. "If you see him, you are to report him to me or another High Council member immediately. He is an enemy of the state....and he has a death sentence on Gallifrey. If you see him and do not report him, your own life will be forfeit."

"Understood sir." Gandalf said before sending to the Librarian and Braxa, 'He honestly thinks I'm going to report him?', a slight chuckle in his thoughts.

Braxa heard Gandalf's thoughts and grinned. He was one of her only friends.
The Librarian grinned at the thought.
