I converted one of my sisters to Doctor Who. She would give me funny looks whenever I was watching it so I forced her to watch it once and now she is almost as obsessed as me.

I find that novel rather offensive, to be honest.  really not keen on it. Read seven chapters then gave up. Not my thing at all. I probably dislike the Twitarded friends I have that talk about it 24/7, more than the book actually. Now that made me mad, the constant talking about it.  . Team TARDIS ftw. |

Anyway, I don't like it because I'm not into squicky romances. (and yes, I consider a 100 year old guy dating a 17 year old girl squicky. =P)
But to each his own, you know? Some of my friends think that Doctor Who is an intellectual wasteland. You just have to like what you like and not let others' opinions get in your way.

My brother hates doctor who. He likes to claim that the Doctor is illiterate and that he can't be called Doctor unless he has a doctorate. He likes to rant about how inaccurate it is and how just about none of it could ever happen.
