Kari's face brightened at Lani's acceptance...or at seemed that Lani accepted this man.
Aragorn looked slightly uncomfortable with the situation. He was afraid of exposing the fact that he was not human. However, he decided that it would be good for him to interact with humans before his actual mission started.
"Thank you," he replied.
"Where should we take him?" Kari whispered to Lani.

"I said you, silly," Lani whispered back with a slight smirk. "Just show him around."

The Librarian smiled and looked around. "Yeah, it'll be alright. I doubt that many of these are in the library back home. If nothing else, I could buy some books to add to my own library."

Earth -- London 2010
Kari blushed a bit when she remembered that Lani HAD suggested that she take the handsome guy somewhere.
"What kinds of things do you like to do?" she asked "Greg."
Aragorn looked back at her blankly, not knowing what was normal for a human to like.
"Uh...I like to read and learn and travel...." he responded.
Kari smiled, still not sure of where to take him. "So..where are you from?" she asked.
He looked back at her, not sure what to say. He couldn't exactly tell her that he was from Gallifrey. "Um...a little village called Gallifrey," he answered.
She looked to him, "Never heard of it."
"Didn't think you would," he responded. "Are there any gardens around here?"
He thought that something that reminded him of home would be nice.
Kari smiled and said, "Yes, Allons-y."
He looked at her, completely confused.

The Bringer smiled, "Good point. This could be more enjoyable than I thought, even if Emmehujidat's here. From what I know about you so far we should get along perfectly."

The Librarian smiled a bit. Was that supposed to be a turn-on or was she just imagining things as usual? she rolled her eyes at the mention of Emmehujidat's name. "Just between you and me, I hate that guy. He thinks he's so high and mighty and can order everyone around, high and low class alike."

Gallifrey ~ Citadel/Earth ~ London ~ 2010
The Reaper rolled her eyes and walked away.
Once she was in her TARDIS again, she punched in the coordinates for a little before when Emmehujidal said. She wanted to get to know her surroundings.
She opened the door, and came into the sunny London day. Ugh, sun. Makes my day harder when I have to squint to see what I'm doing.
Earth Kari saw his confused look and responded, "It's French for 'let's go."
"Yeah...okay," Aragorn nodded with a smile. "I thought you were speaking another E....another language..."
He really didn't know how to act around humans, so he decided that he would need to do some more observing. Most likely, this would have to happen by himself.
When they arrived at the closest garden, Kari showed "Greg" around, and then finally said. "Here is my cell phone number. If you get lost or need help, just give me a call. I guess I'll be seeing you on the project."
It really wasn't the right lighting to be looking at gardens, but at least she'd shown him where the gardens were.
Aragorn nodded with a smile. She had given him the number just in case something happened -- like his friends showing up, and to make sure that she didn't forget.
He wasn't quite sure what he should be doing with her phone number, but shrugged it off.

The Bringer sighed, "Yeah I know. He's a freaking class-obsessed demon. I'm willing to bet the only reason he let me on here is so he can either kill me or break the TAQDIS. So..." the Bringer paused, praying this wouldn't be as awkward as he thought it'd be, "you and Aragorn...were you lying to the Council earlier about being...romantically involved with him? Sorry for my bluntness, since we're going to be here a while I'd rather know what the situation is between my teammates."

The Librarian sighed. "I didn't lie about anything. We're not together. We're good friends, that's all." Why was it that everyone wanted to confirm that rumor? Who started it to begin with? Oh, yeah, Emmehujidat.

Earth ~ London ~ 2010
As she walked out of the park she landed in, The Reaper noticed everyone's clothes in the this place and time. Hers didn't quiet fit in, she ran back to her TARDIS to change.
The Reaper came out again wearing a replica of the dress she was just wearing, but it was shorter and didn't have sleeves. Time to look around.
Kari asked Aragorn, "So where are the these friends of yours going to meet you?"
Aragorn looked back at her and said, "Huh...oh....somewhere around here...they'll let me know when they get here."
Kari nodded, assuming he was talking about a phone.

The Bringer nodded, "That's the general idea I had, must be annoying to constantly have that question thrown at you. Speaking of him, where is Aragorn anyway?"

The Librarian shrugged. "Haven't seen him yet. He may be a few days early or late. You know how Type-40s can be sometimes." She had to admit, though, hers didn't give her too much trouble most of the time.

The Bringer shrugged, "I could've sworn I saw him earlier but he seemed preoccupied. And actually, I don't knowhow Type-40s are. They were using 39s last time I was on Gallifrey. I really did miss out on a lot..."

"Right. Sorry, I forgot," the Librarian said. "Maybe... Maybe I can catch you up on what's been going on?"

The Bringer smiled, "Sure, fire away." he said as he set the TAQDIS to absorb the information the Librarian would say.

"Well, where do I start?" the Librarian asked. She didn't know exactly how long he was gone so she didn't know what all to tell him. She couldn't help smiling that she was going to help him.
