In a particularly nasty mood, Emmehujidat chucked a rock at the Librarian, walking by. He continued on his way to the Council chambers. He never refused an opportunity to be mean the the owner of this garden.

"I don't know, but-" Braxa's speech was cut off when she saw a rock clip her aunt's forehead. "Aunt Keli, are you alright?"

Emmehujiat waited for the Librarian to say something. Whenever she spoke, it gave him ample opportunity to laugh at her. He started snickering, just thinking about it. The Librarian deserved the condition that she was in. If she had only reported Aragorn and turned him in, Emmehujiat would have considered having her pay raised and given extra status on Gallifrey.

The Librarian looked at the place the projectile had come from, growling a little when she saw Emmehujidat, holding back her tongue. She knew that was what he wanted. This was her 'punishment' from him. She hated him deeply for what pain he had cause her and her friends. If she had the chance, she would gladly kill him for what he did.

Frustrated that the Librarian wasn't speaking, he continued to walk by and started laughing. He yelled, "Can't even talk right...stupid fool...shouldn't even be a Time Lord. Don't know how she got into the Academy. The Council probably felt sorry for her...ah well."
He made sure to say this loud enough that any Time Lord within hearing range would hear. Mocking her was fun -- entertainment even. He did it because he could.

Braxa resisted the urge to chuck a rock right back at Emmehujidat.
The Librarian scowled at the form as he left, sticking her tongue out at him defiantly as she held her injury. She hated that man and knew much better than to even utter a word.
"Why don't you leave her alone!" Braxa yelled back at him. She hated that he treated her aunt this way, no matter who he thought he was.

Emmehujidat was now out of hearing range.
(other people can play Time Lord High Council members)
Eiougougol came along, smirking at them. He knew that his father always harassed these people.
"Well, if it isn't the lady who can't talk." He burst out laughing. He then saw Braxa and grinned. Maybe this time Braxa would agree to see him romantically. He had been trying some time, but each time he'd gotten turned down. He figured that that was just Braxa's way of telling him that she wanted him. He liked women who were willing to play that sort of game with him.

"Don't even try it, creep," Braxa said. "You're an idiot, but apparently you don't know that. She's my aunt." She thought that maybe he would make the connection and give up. Of course, that would imply that he actually thought.

Not daunted by her comment, Eiogougol looked at Braxa with interest.
Eiougougol laughed, "What your aunt speaks isn't Gallfireyan or any language that I know....."
"Come on Brax....you know that you're too good for these people. How about going on a date with me. She may be your aunt, but that doesn't mean you have to spend time with her. It's a little weird to be close to aunts anyway.....you deserve better company."

The Guard, or Professor, or Echo depending on who you were and where you had come to find or meet her, had made her way up the steps and outside to see the sky. She had been in the lowest cell of the jails aiding in making food for her prisoner, the Master, when she felt the urge to see what was happening outside.
She frowned just a bit seeing the scene before her, but instead minded her own business. She had already stood trial for the Time Lord known as the Doctor, because she was born from a Progenitor as his daughter's daughter. Now, erased from that time and dropped onto Gallifrey, they had broken her heritage and punished her. She had formed a thick skin, though, and did not mind the company that was Koschei. Better he, she reasoned, than someone of snob-like heritage.
She took to walking quietly, without being too much a distraction, towards where she would get more supplies and robes for herself and Koschei.

"I'm low-class, idiot! With low-class parents! Leave me alone like everyone else!" Braxa yelled at him. She hated him when he was like this.

The Guard paused, turning to look behind her. I'm gonna regret this. She started to walk towards them, pulling her hair back, and taking on a slightly angry expression.

Eiougougol nodded at the Librarian, "Yes, you are low class trash, but you're also very beautiful. Going out with me wouldn't mean that you would marry me, but we could improve some of those less desirable qualities of yours. If you would never speak to your aunt again, I don't see why we couldn't offer you a pardon and raise your social status."

Eiougougol glared at Gandalf, "How dare you speak to me like that you ....you ,,,you....you don't even know who you're parents were. They were probably garbage collectors or grave diggers. They probably lived o some other world, not Gallifrey."
