Character background and other important information: descended from a royal family on Gallifrey, is very intelligent...one of the most intelligent Time Lords -- doesn't agree with a lot of Time Lord philosophy regarding other species. His real name is Aragorn (but is longer than that ...it's a Time Lord name) Aragornooveureodaf4eyrewqy, however, when he married a human named Kari, the High Council on Gallifrey forced him to change his name and identity. He could no longer claim his heritage, and he was not allowed to disclose who he really was to anyone. Only those on the High Council know who he really is.
He works as a landscaper on Gallifrey, and he knows a lot about the nature life on Gallfirey.
He lives with his two twin sons.
His wife, Kari, was killed when the boys were 5 months old.
Important Medical information about character: has two hearts -- so two pulses in wrists and other pulse points, regenerates when injured fatally, has a respiratory by-pass system when in a situation when normally there is not enough oxygen, blood is different composition than humans. Skin is a cooler temperature than humans, and has a 60 degree internal body temperature
