The Coming Of Angels is a plot I'm planning that encompasses the Eleventh and tenth doctor RP boards.
The Dalek warship Endeavor, has crashed on the planet Suyraiq, homeworld of the Weeping Angels. Quickly killing all of the Daleks, the few hundred thousand Angels have used the Dalek ship's time travel engines to go into the future, the past, and the present.
Invading hundreds of worlds, the Angels are slowly creeping like a virus towards the Sol system, the planet Earth, and the universe's last line of defense...the Time Lord known as the Doctor. Hundreds of beings from around the universe, the Last of the time lords, the Daleks, Cybermen, enemies and foes, Good and evil alike, aligning forces to defeat the army of Angels. But will it be enough...?
-The Ryais Galaxy, 7,271,674,862 Light years away from earth, The Exploratory Starship Ulysses, 2011.
The sound of Grythian weapons rocketed through the ship. A large beetle-like creature raced around a corner, his 5 legs scuttling. It stopped, and rose onto it's hind legs. "Surrender, in the name of the Grythian empire!!"
It's three eyes looked around the room. They landed on a grey stone statue in the doorway. Slowly backing up, the Grythian grasped for the communications array. As it ran for the comm center, it heard a slight sound from behind it, a stealthy moving.
It whirled around. There were three Angels behind it. It's eyes focused on the Angel. "I may die tonight...but I die for my people.'
The Grythian yelled a warning into the communication array. Then it blinked.
A loud crack sounded through the empty starship as the last of it's crew died. But little did anyone know, that warning was sounding through time and space.
"The Angels! The Angels are coming! Beware the Weeping Angels! They won't die!! They won't DIE! By Uriayth, they won't DIE!!!"

As The Inventor sat down he heard a message through his TARDIS's communication system. "The Angels! The Angels are coming! Beware the Weeping Angels! They won't die!! They won't DIE! By Uriayth, they won't DIE!!!" The Inventor leapt up, trying to answer, "The Angels? THE Angels?" He wait a minute then said, "Hello..." He figured tht the Angels had gotten him, remembering the stories he had heard in his travels. The Inventor started trying to find out where and when the message had come from.

The Wanderer sat stunned in his TARDIS. He'd received the message a minute ago, and was quivering in fear. Gallifreyan legend told of a time, 30millions of years ago, when the angels attacked Gallifrey, nearly decimating the time Lords. But that was in Early Universe, billions of years ago.
If the Angels truly were coming...they were doomed.

The Small Magellanic Cloud, about 200,000 light years from the Milky Way Galaxy, 2011 CE
The Slyther hurtled through interstellar space, defensive screens radiating a virulent jade green. Coruscating lances of destructive energy hammered into it from the three pursuing craft.
Inside the dreadnaught, Irkk glowered at the main screen. On it, a Dalek in an exotic travel machine of deep blue faced him. "You are im-per-fect. You will lower your shields and pre-pare for ex-ter-min-ation!"
"I think not," Irkk replied.
"We are the new par-a-digm Daleks! You will obey! You will obey! YOU WILL OBEY!"
"De-fen-sive screens are be-gin-ning to ra-di-ate into the blue, Cap-tain," reported Uuls.
"Sil-ence that fool," Irkk ordered as the new paradigm Dalek - Whatever that meant - continued to rant.
"I obey," responded Auruh. The main screen blinked, showing a blue-filtered starfield.
"Are there any in-di-ca-tions of fifth or sixth or-der forces in the enemy weapons or de-fen-ses?"
"Ne-ga-tive," responded Pahks. "Fourth order at best. Who-ev-er these 'new par-a-digm Dal-eks' are, they are not es-cape-es from the War."
"Saf-lan. Give me firing so-lut-ions for all three crui-sers. Ex-term-in-at-ion so-lut-ions."
"Aye, Cap'n," said the only humanoid on the bridge. "But I don't know that our guns will penetrate the shields of all three ships simultaneously." Even as he spoke, his fingers played the console like a master pianist.
"Pah-ks. Re-cal-i-brate our pri-mary e-mmit-ers to fifth order wave-lengths."
"I obey."
"I have the firing solutions, Cap'n. Three needle pulses, .03 seconds duration each, at the following locations." He highlighted specific points on the hulls of the cruisers. "But I'm still concerned that-"
"Do not be."
Saflan shrugged. "Aye, Cap'n."
"Screens are ra-di-at-ing in-di-go, Cap-tain."
"Re-cal-i-bra-tion com-plete, Cap-tain."
Irkk paused, savoring the moment. "Saf-lan. Ex-ter-min-ate them."
A chorus of "Ex-ter-min-ate! Ex-ter-min-ate! EX-TER-MIN-ATE!" filled the bridge, nearly drowning out Saflan's "Aye, Cap'n" response.
The needle pulses lashed out, crossing the 30 light seconds between the Slyther and it's hunters in a near instant. Without even interacting with the defensive screens of the pursuers, they tore through hull and crew and reactor cores. Silently, the ravening energies of the breached engines consumed the saucers, radiating light outwards that would never catch the Slyther at it's current velocities.
Saflan gaped. "What... but... I mean... how?"
Irkk ignored him. "Re-cal-i-brate," he ordered.
"I obey."
"Cap-tain. I am de-tect-ing a sig-nal," Auruh announced.
"Main screen," Irkk answered.
The signal was static-laced, showing a three-eyed insectoid. "Gryth-ian, I be-lieve," commented Pahks.
"The Angels!" the alien screamed, "The Angels are coming! Beware the Weeping Angels! They won't die!! They won't DIE! By Uriayth, they won't DIE!!!" Then something loomed behind the alien, and the screen dissolved into static.
"Klono's beryllium balls," Saflan breathed, clumsily making a gesture he hadn't used since he'd knifed his parish priest.
Irkk's eyestalk swiveled towards Auruh. "Trace that sig-nal." It whirled to look at Uuls. "Lay in a course, as soon as the source is lo-cat-ed."
"What the hell, Cap'n?" Saflan spun his chair to face Irkk's docking station. "These are the Angels! They'll-"
"Are you quest-ion-ing my or-ders, Saf-lan?"
Saflan caught his breath, realizing his mistake. "No... no sir. But... I mean... the Weeping Angels? They're legends, nightmares..."
Irkk's monocular eye stalk stared at him for several seconds. "So are the Dal-eks, Saf-lan. And we have stan-ding ord-ers re-gar-ding the An-gels. Or-ders I will not ig-nore, even now."
Saflan's throat felt dry. "What orders?"
"Ex-ter-min-at-ion."

The Alchemist sat in his TARDIS as it hurtled through the vortex. "Weeping angels...we're all doomed..."
His ship bumped into something.
The remains of the Ulysses. The doomed starship floated in space. one or two Grythian bodies floated with the debris. A large Dalek warship hovered near it. (The Weeping angel's craft) And something else too. A grey stone statue. Floating in space, cracked in half. It's hands eternally covering it's face. One Angel. Hundreds of Grythians. As it's body floated in space, The Alchemist moved his TARDIS closer to it. And then, slowly, the thing that can't die started to move.

The Inventor programed his TARDIS for the coordinates of the transmission, feeling the almost ever present feel of excitement and terror. When he looked out of the TARDIS he saw two spaceships, one TARDIS, and a statue. Wait is that another TARDIS? Then, The Inventor saw the statue move.

A Weeping Angel zoomed through space. He was an explorer Angel, and went ahead to scout out it's planets the angels were planning to attack. His name was Avix. As he landed on a small world, he noticed a small, humanoid creature in the field before it. It turned it's back, and knelt to the ground. It was obviously some kind of gardener. But it soon return to the earth which it cultivated so dearly.
"Ack-!" Dead in seconds. Avix allowed himself a small feeling of pleasure. He was a deadly predator, same as the rest of his race. The Angel moved quickly through the alien countryside, killing any aliens he met. One or two of these creatures, which he learned were called Faii, managed to escape. The went on towards a large collection of primitive houses, attempting, obviously, to warn them. As he advanced closer, Avix could see a large, circular barrier being built hastily by the Faii.
Soon he stopped outside the wall. One of the beings was standing guard outside the village. It fixed it's five eyes on him, apparently having heard of the Angels. It stared for a minute, maybe more. And then, as it struggled to keep it's eyes open, slowly, one by one, they slipped shut.
"AH!! NO! Noo!! Plea-"
Dead. Like all the others. Avix fixed his eyes on the barrier. It was almost a mile tall, an impressive feat for a humanoid, two-dimensional race. But there was something they forgot. That everyone always forgot.
Angels have wings.
Slowly, slowly, like a demonic creature from hell, and a heavenly guardian at the same time, The angel rose above the barrier. He looked at the fear in their beetle-like faces. He savored it. And then, slowly, slowly, he began to lower himself.
He was Avix, a Weeping Angel, a dreaded being from the early universe. He was all that more. He was Fear. It's very essence. And he could not die. And there, in the atmosphere of the planet Yiklot, homeworld of the Faii, was a dreaded sight. Something that had made entire races tremble, tremble, knowing the faced their doom. Hundreds upon hundreds of Weeping Angels. Their demonic wings beating relentlessly. This was it. The end of the Faii. And they were not alone. Hundreds had fallen before. Hundreds of worlds, species, extinguished in seconds.
And there was on thing the Faii thought, as they died, one thing the Angels thought smugly as the hunted down the dying race. One thing that was for certain.
More will fall.

The Slyther hurtled through the Vortex at speeds that were literally inconceivable to anyone accustomed to thinking of mere three-dimensional space.
On board, Irkk's command staff were gathered in his stateroom. "You are all a-ware of the sit-u-at-on," he said. It was not a question.
There was no response. None was needed, not yet.
"Rec-om-men-dat-ions?"
Tentatively, Saflan raised his hand.
"Mate Saf-lan?"
Saflan cleared his throat. "Well, Cap'n... that is, on behalf o' the non-Dalek part of the crew..."
Irkk and the other Daleks stared at him, optic stalks like the muzzles of guns.
"I'd like to suggest... and I'm just going on record, here... that we either ignore the situation or use it as a means to navigate away from the source of the message at top speed."
Irkk and the other Daleks continued to stare. No words were spoken. Saflan felt cold sweat crawl down his back, and he fought the urge to cower. He knew they were dangerous, but he'd never been...
"Your sug-ges-tion has been heard, and re-jec-ted," Irkk stated. "Use what-ev-er means are nec-es-sary to en-force disc-i-pline a-mong the hu-man-oid crew. Or I will."
"Aye... aye Cap'n," Saflan stammered.
"Oth-er sug-ges-tions?"
"Gauge bo-son dis-rup-tors," Chovek announced, "combined with ei-gen-de-com-pos-ition man-ip-u-lators."
Every optic stalk in the room spun to look at him. Unlike much of the Dalek contingent of the crew, Chovek was not particularly scientifically literate. It was almost as surprising to hear mention of anything related to fundamental particles from Chovek as it would have been from Saflan.
"Fourth and even fifth order force pro-jec-tors are worth-less a-gainst the Wee-ping An-gels. Their de-fen-sive ei-gen-state is func-tion-ally im-per-vious to such for-ces, as they nei-ther change nor decay while being measur-ed."
The stunned silence continued. "Ei-gen-de-com-pos-ition man-ip-u-lators are ca-pa-ble of for-cing the An-gels to re-co-here, en-abling state chan-ges while still be-ing meas-ured. Gauge bo-son dis-rup-tors would then damage them at the level of fun-da-men-tal par-ti-cles. The mass lost from the wound would be-come free quarks, with no fur-ther re-la-tion to the An-gel."
Irkk started to speak, hesitated, then started again. "Why not sim-ply use sixth order force pro-jec-tors?"
Chovek's eyestalk swiveled to face him. "Power load and rate of fire. There are only four travel ma-chines aboard the Sly-ther that could man-age the drain, and pow-er con-sump-tion would still re-quire a 38 sec-ond cy-cle time be-tween shots, during which in-ter-val the tra-vel ma-chine would be un-ab-le to move."
"You have put a lot of thought into this, Chovek."
"I was part of an An-gel ex-term-in-ation force dur-ing the War."
"Ah."
"I was an ace."
"How many did you ex-term-in-ate?"
Chovek thought for a moment. "My fire team ex-ter-min-at-ed three. It was a suc-cess-ful miss-ion. We had less than 75% losses."
The Daleks looked at each other.
With a grinding roar, the Slyther emerged from the Vortex.
"We are within 1000 kolms of the or-i-gin of the sig-nal," Uuls reported. "Along with the de-bris of the Gry-th-ian ship, I am de-tect-ing a sin-gle small ves-sel of hum-an or-i-gin and..."
Uuls calibrated a few gauges, and checked again.
"And what?" asked Irkk.
"Cap-tain. I have a TAR-DIS on scan-ner."

The Alchemist gazed at the Weeping angel before him. It was a legend. A monster. The Alchemist raced for the TARDIS's control panel. And then something very, very old, and very, very evil, appeared on his screen. The infamous ship of Dalek Irkk.
"Daleks. Blast it."

The Inventor dashed around his TARDIS madly trying to get a message to the other TARDIS. "Hello, person in the TARDIS, um... excuse me, but who are you? It's just that I didn't think that anyone else in the universe had a TARDIS." After he had sent the message, The Inventor looked up and saw a rather menacing ship that seemed to radiate evil.

"If you're asking about the one on our left, that is the ship of Dalek Irkk, probably here to exterminate the weeping angels, but they'll kill us too. The one to the right, that is chock full of Weeping Angels who hate the universe in general."
