Emmehujidat, who was a leading member on the Gallifreyan High Council, went about his daily routine. However, he couldn't resist an urge to harass one of his fellow Time Lords.
Like many Gallifreyans, he judged others according to their social status. The particular Time Lord that he was planning to pay a visit to was of the low class rank. Seeing the house in view, he approached the garden that belonged to the individual.
Not bothering to see if anyone were actually home, he walked by the garden and smirked. He called out to anyone who might be able to hear.
"How are we doing today??" he said with an air of superiority.

Gandalf, who was walking to go visit Braxamonica and the Librarian, ducked into a bush when he saw Emmehujidat, not in the mood to deal with him.
The Bringer sat in his lab, face in his hands, hoping, praying that there was a mistake, that this war was a figment of his imagination. He of course knew that was a lie. The war was coming, and he was the only one who knew.
The Observer walked through a forest, pausing to look up. Something was wrong. Something was on the wind. It felt like...death.

Jed, happened to be visiting on Gallifrey at the moment, not having received an intelligence assignment in a while. However, there had been talk in the Council of the Daleks plotting something, so he was fairly certain that he would be told to investigate something soon. Since he was married and had a daughter, he wondered whether or not the Council had decided to send him on less dangerous missions. Deciding that he had better check in with the High Council, he began walking in the direction of the Lord President's house.

Braxamonica hid behind the TARDIS that was hidden deep in the overgrown part of the garden. She wasn't about to get caught by her mother, who never liked her visiting her aunt. She peeked around, then headed toward the form bent over some of the flowers.
She smiled. "Hey, Aunt Keli."
The form looked up at her and smiled.

"Hey Brax, Miss Librarian." Gandalf said as he walked into the garden.

Braxa, as was her nickname, along with Brax, looked over at Gandalf and smiled. "Hey, Gandalf. How's it going?"

Gandalf shrugged, "Eh, not much really. I saw Emmehujidat on the way here, he'll probably be here soon." he said, saying the Council member's name with disdain.

The Librarian scowled at the name.
"Great, what do you think he wants?" Braxa asked. "His son isn't heading this way, is he? Ugh, that boy! Worse than his father."

Gandalf chuckled, "Is he still trying to ask you out or has he finally given up?"

"I hope he finally got a clue, but you never can tell with him," Braxa said a bit disgusted by the idea of going out with the creep. "Wait, isn't he with someone already? I should give her, or him, the news that he's trying to cheat on her, or him."

Gandalf laughed, "Yeah, he is. It's not like him hitting on you is news though, they break up every other week."

"Well, that just lowered his dramatically low chances of being with me," Braxa said with a smirk.

Gandalf's eyesbrows went up, "Was there ever a chane at all?"

"Less than a chance than an Earth pig would of growing wings spontaneously and flying," Brax said with a smirk.

Gandalf chuckled, "You know, you should be careful. He could 'tell his daddy' on you." he laughed, "When will he learn that his little 'threats' don't scare anyone?"
