Occupation: Travels around in her mark II Tradis (basically no job)
Appearance: She is about 4' 9" and weighs roughly around 125lbs. The Phantom has light tan skin almost like the color of white sand. Her curly dirty blond hair was cut just above her shoulders, and bangs that had grown to the tip of her freckled nose. Causing her to constantly brush them out of the way of her dark sea green eyes. She wore denim hip-hugger jeans, and a light smoky Grey T-shirt that had Einstein's equation printed on the front. She also wore puzzle printed sneakers with zigzag pattern laces. Often she would be found wearing her blue jean jacket that has a emperor butterfly stitched onto the back. The way other timelords could identify her was with the sliver locket that hung around her neck, with her name etched in gallifrian on the front.
Personality: The Phantom lives for Adventure and is easily excited. She is curious about all forms of life along with anything she doesn't understand. She prefers to follow than to lead, and often she is lead by the legends and myths she use to read about in school. Often she tends to trust the wrong person, or persons. Thus she is often found to be the scapegoat for those she thought she was helping. She also tries her hardest to do her best, and to not give up when things seem most bleak. Quiet, she tends to be very quiet when people are talking, thus giving her the illusion that she is a phantom. Often when she thinks, she gets a look like she's daydreaming. (suppose that makes it easier for her to hide and learn)
History: The Phantom was born into a small family, she was considered a strange person. Many mistook her as a distant child who daydreamed when in fact she was thinking. As most Timelord children she was taken to the academy when she turned eight, to stand in front of the time vortex. After which she started her education. Now the Phantom wasn't the best, nor was she the most intelligent in her class at the academy. Many times she would fail her exams due to her nerves getting the best of her. It took her a bit longer then most to actually pass all her exams, but once she did she celebrated by getting a TARDIS.
As soon as she got her Time ship she took off without a word, Took off into the stars, to see the rest of the universe. During the time of the Great Time War, between the Daleks and the Time Lords. The Phantom was stuck on earth, due to a circuit malfunction in the main console of her TARDIS. Thus leaving her stranded until she could get it repaired, which still has to be done...
Her first Incarnation was a brunette with sky-blue eyes, and light skin. Her height was about 5'1", and she wore the typical Gallifrayian robes.
The Phantom was a quiet girl, and when about her business alone most of the time. Whenever she did talk, she would stutter quite a few of her words, and constantly shyed away from large crowds of people.
She would often be found sitting by one of the larger lakes on Gallifrey, or in a secluded place in a library. Because of her solitude, she didn't have many friends, and neither did she have many enemies. This often lead her to feeling out of place, and estranged to others.
The Phantom regenerated after she had accidentally crashed her Tardis on earth. It had been rather quick and more than a little painful, though it didn't matter once she fell unconscious.
Her Second incarnation was more curious than the first and often found herself exploring everything she could. Even if that meant finding herself in trouble because of it. The Phantom no longer stuttered her words, and she rather liked meeting new people.
Unfortunately her new regeneration was often deceived by others she thought needed help. Because of that she was often the scapegoat in several situations.
Other info: The Phantom carries around a blue laser screwdriver, that she often forgets she has, or leaves it in her Tardis. She also has a sliver oval locket with her name engraved on the front in Gallifreyian.
