The blue police box wailed and shrieked as it barrelled throguh the time vortex. Inside, the Doctor struggled with the controls. "This can't be right," he muttered, checking the scanner. "TARDIS is being manipulated by a distress call......" He pulled a lever, twisted a dial and pumped a golden intrument which caused the console to spit out sparks. The time rotor pump began to shriek and howl as though it were giving birth...... And then it was over. Lying on his back, the Doctor sat up, wide-eyed. "What was that all about?" He stood, checking the scanner in case there was any damage. He had landed in an unknown location. He tried to get a picture of where he was, but it came up white. The Doctor folded his arms and sucked in his cheeks. He stood like this for a minute, then strode down to the doors. He flung them open. It was completely white outside, but also very cold. The Doctor stepped back, closing the doors, and thought. He checked the space-time co-ordinates again. MONDAS year 2010 The Doctor looked over one shoulder, then picked up some arctic gear and went outside to see what he would find.

(Since no one has replied yet and 9th Doctor hasn't gotten back to me yet)
The Tenth Doctor was currently sitting in the console room of his own TARDIS, attempting to visit a tropical planet when a threatening noise came from the console, and then it started smoking. The Doctor was thrown to the floor of the TARDIS as it landed.
He frowned, "What! What's happening."
The Tenth Doctor tried to read the computer screen on console, but it remained blank. The Doctor groaned as he knew that it would have to cool down.
"Now, I wonder...what could have caused that?" he said outloud, running his fingers through his hair. "Well then, I suppose I'll just have to find out."
Whatever it was, it seemed like it had gotten a hold of his TARDIS, which definitely was not a good thing.
He pushed open the doors of his TARDIS and walked out, locking the doors behind him. Venturing out, he looked for another sign of life out there.
